According to the China Aerospace News, the 2023 China Satellite Applications Conference, with the theme of "Digital Transformation and Enabling Satellite Application Industry", was recently held in Beijing. According to the information at the conference, China Satcom, an aerospace technology group, has initially built the first high orbit satellite Internet that completely covers the whole territory of China and key areas along the "the Belt and Road". It is expected that by the end of the 14th Five Year Plan, the total capacity of high-throughput satellites will exceed 500Gbps.
